Just a few thoughts from this 80 yr old guy. I would be suspect of some of the surveys used, especially world-wide statistics; also one of the sources used is part of a right wing think tank. I feel this is an important and cogent topic, but needs deeper analysis on particular populations. The issues confronting Gen Z white men are likely not the same as Gen Z black men, and personal economic status I am sure plays a large role. I do feel the challenges of men finding meaningful "work" that pays sufficiently to allow for moving ahead in life is a major factor. I was fortunate to get an engineering degree without any large debt, went into the Air Force as an officer, enjoyed VA pay for getting my grad degree, married, bought our first home and enjoyed a fifty year career. It troubles me deeply that young men today face almost insurmountable hurdles getting on in life. Women are not the problem.......in fact they are the solution to men's difficulties if the men set aside their masculine ego and reach out. My two cents.
