Fast fashion is a good name for many things. Vibe trends, especially manufactured ones, are indeed that.

Desire to be part of some kind of trend is always in our hearts, evolutionary, and so is the opposite — desire to stand out and challenge the trends. Either one is could be a good idea at various moments. They complement each other.

But it’s exactly when you see that a given theme or anti-theme is manufactured by marketing, that is when we need to take a pause, and consider if our emotions are used by people who don’t really care about us that much.

World has a lot of dry cynicism and a lot of more authentic beauty, often baked in the same muffin, together, and we would be well discerning them from one another.
